The Regency Hotel provides 8 traditional and spacious meeting rooms with the flexibility to hold your 1-1 meeting rooms or a presentation for up to 100 delegates. The 8 conference rooms have the advantage of natural daylight, WiFi high speed internet access and are all fully air conditioned.
Delegates have access to a fully equipped business Centre - computers, fax, photocopying services, WIFI.
Each event at The Regency Hotel is personally handled, we make sure that your event is the most important, from the initial enquiry to you being met on arrival by Daniel. Your event is as important to us as it is to you.
Our experienced team is here to ensure the smooth running of your events and any scale of requests will be dealt with efficiency and a friendly smile. Being independently owned gives us the flexibility to offer the most competitive rates whilst still providing a quality service and attention to detail.
Day Delegate Rate includes
- Registration desk if required
- Set-up and break-down of the room
- Serving of tea and coffee on arrival with pastries on arrival
- Use of a meeting/conference room suitable for your requirements and set to your specification
- Mid-morning serving of tea and coffee with homemade biscuits
- Choice of a 3-course buffet lunch in our restaurant or a working lunch in the meeting room
- Serving of tea and coffee mid-afternoon with homemade cakes
- Flip chart with unlimited paper
- Water in the meeting room
- Clear and accurate billing
Need to be there the night before? Contact us for more information on our 24 hours delegate package which can include all of the above plus:
- Overnight accommodation in a club twin or double (queensgate rooms can also be booked, these rooms carry a supplement)
- 3 course dinner in the Pavilion restaurant
Choose from any one of our 8 private dining rooms to host a private dinner/reception, catering from 10 - 180 people, these rooms are perfect for both intimate events and larger parties alike. Our experienced team will help design a menu to tantalise the taste buds and help with entertainment suggestions to make your event as successful as possible.
