The Hotel has 8 traditional and spacious meeting rooms with the flexibility to hold 1-1 meetings or presentations for up to 100 delegates. Six of the conference rooms have natural daylight, and all have fibreoptic WiFi access and are fully air conditioned.

Each event at the Regency Hotel is personally handled by a dedicated and experienced event manager from your initial enquiry all the way to the end of your event.

Day delegate rate includes

  • Use of a meeting/conference room suitable for your requirements and set to your specification
  • Flip chart with unlimited paper
  • Stationery
  • Registration desk if required
  • Serving of tea and coffee on arrival with pastries on arrival
  • Mid-morning serving of tea and coffee with homemade biscuits
  • Choice of a 3-course buffet lunch in our restaurant or a working lunch in the meeting room
